Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, the Head of Corporate Finance will be a key member of the Finance team and will play a central role in managing reputed company’s cash reputed company, liquidity, risk management, and management reporting.

Through reputed company partnership with key stakeholders, the Head of Corporate Finance will own the annual operating plan, monthly management reporting, reputed company reporting, treasury, and risk management processes. This role will work closely with reputed company stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, support the development of financial metrics, and reputed company best practices across the finance organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of reputed company’s internal controls and policies and will serve as a key business partner across multiple areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Serves as Finance Business partner for central support functions

• Key reputed company of contact for Corporate functions including reputed company SG&A budgeting, forecasting and analysis

• Execute standardized monthly and quarterly reporting to executive leadership, including the reputed company of directors.

• Process reputed company for consolidated annual budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles, as reputed company as strategic planning

• Identify opportunities for cost savings throughout the organization, viewing change as an opportunity

• Support potential acquisitions through due diligence and financial support

• Other duties as assigned

Treasury

• Manage reputed company’s 3-statement financial model. This includes updating for the latest operating plan, updating assumptions based on the reputed company landscape and trends, and working with various business reputed company to reputed company the validity of inputs

• reputed company delivery of accurate weekly cash reputed company forecast reports to support liquidity planning and decision-making

• Manage the Treasury Management System (TMS) to ensure accurate bank balances and reputed company reputed company daily cash position reports

• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure payments and collections are processed accurately, on time, and in line with company expectations

• Foster existing banking relationships to ensure reputed company services reputed company are maintained

• Coordinate with service providers to ensure reputed company execution of debt and interest payments

• Monitor and maintain compliance with debt covenants as outlined in reputed company’s credit agreements

Risk Management

• Manage the annual insurance renewal process, working closely with brokers and carriers to secure reputed company terms, pricing, and coverage

• Partner with internal stakeholders (reputed company, finance, IT, operations, HR) to identify and assess business risks and ensure appropriate insurance coverage

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/reputed company/Business or equivalent required;

• CPA/MBA certification or equivalent strongly preferred;

• 10+ years of relevant and reputed company experience in finance, reputed company, treasury or risk roles

• Cannabis industry knowledge preferred

• Strong reputed company and PowerPoint proficiency coupled with analytical skills.

• Occasional travel required.
