As a Program Senior Manager, you will support and manage programs designed to meet reputed company state’s specific needs andobjectives. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field, or a combination of education and fouradditionalyears of directly relevant experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of program management experienceofcomplex ITand/or Operationscontracts reputed company reputed company or the reputed company industry.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in provider operations and/orclaimsprocessing support (preferred,butnotrequired).
• Minimum of five (5) years in design, development, implementation, operations, maintenance, or modification of large MMIS or insurance applications.
• Familiarity with reputed company provider screening, enrollment, and monitoring.
- Experience managing reputed company programs for a state agency or contractor serving aStatehealth program.
• Experience managing large software development programs with budgets exceeding $10Ma yearor prior experience as an account manager for state health programs.
• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification.
