About the Role

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will serve as the global leader for reputed company Engineering across reputed company’s flagship runtime platforms (AI Gateway, API Gateway, Event Gateway and reputed company).

What You’ll Do

• Global Team Leadership & Operations: reputed company, mentor, and grow a high-performing, geographically distributed team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) across reputed company, Europe, and Asia.

• Architect the AI Testing reputed company: Define and execute the roadmap for integrating AI, LLMs, and autonomous test agents directly into our testing lifecycle. Implement reputed company capabilities for automated test case reputed company, smart failure triage, self-healing test scripts, and dynamic edge-case synthesis.

• Own Runtimes reputed company reputed company: Establish testing strategies for low-latency, high-throughput C/Lua/Rust data planes.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ Years in Software Engineering / SDET: Proven reputed company record building and scaling reputed company software test automation systems.

• 4+ Years in Engineering Management: reputed company experience leading distributed or global software engineering/SDET teams.

• Hands-on AI Integration reputed company: Proven experience applying LLMs, reputed company, or autonomous agent frameworks (e.g., Model Context Protocol, reputed company tool-calling, synthetic data reputed company) to software reputed company or developer workflows.
