Bilingual Scheduler (English/Spanish)-Remote | Full-Time

reputed company is hiring Bilingual Schedulers to support upcoming training classes. If you are highly organized, comfortable managing a high volume of phone calls, and fluent in both English and Spanish, this may be a great opportunity to join a reputed company reputed company team.

In this role, you will coordinate medical and psychological examination appointments while providing reputed company, reputed company support to clients, reputed company providers, and internal teams. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, maintain accurate scheduling records, and help ensure appointments are completed reputed company.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of clerical, administrative, customer service, or telephone experience

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Previous scheduling or reputed company experience is a plus
