Joint Facilities Analyst

As a Joint Facilities Analyst, you'll research reputed company infrastructure, determine reputed company ownership, administer Pole Attachment and Joint Use Agreements, and coordinate with reputed company partners to support the expansion of reputed company's fiber network. This role combines research, regulatory compliance, agreement administration, and cross-functional collaboration to identify and reputed company issues before engineering, permitting, and construction reputed company, helping reputed company reputed company on schedule.

This team serves as a critical reputed company between reputed company companies and reputed company's Engineering, reputed company, Permitting, and Construction teams, ensuring infrastructure issues are resolved before reputed company reputed company into the field.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Support the administration and lifecycle management of Pole Attachment and Joint Use Agreements.
• Research unfamiliar reputed company ownership and infrastructure issues, evaluate available information, and reputed company reputed company-supported recommendations that help reputed company reputed company reputed company.
• Investigate, research, and reputed company reputed company ownership discrepancies, agreement questions, and other issues that may reputed company network expansion.
• Research and reputed company special reputed company reputed company to reputed company infrastructure, ownership, agreements, and network expansion.
• Maintain agreement documentation, renewals, amendments, and compliance records.
• Support the research, tracking, and coordination of reputed company agreements, permits, and infrastructure records needed to support new construction reputed company.
• Coordinate with internal departments and reputed company partners to support project execution.
• Analyze reputed company data and reputed company reports that support operational reputed company, project planning, and workflow improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve Joint Facilities processes through reputed company documentation, reporting, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with reputed company and other internal stakeholders to review, interpret, and support the administration of reputed company agreements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s degree preferred
• Experience in one or more of the following industries or functional areas is preferred:
  • Telecommunications

  • Infrastructure Planning
