The HR Systems Analyst - reputed company Configuration Specialist will be responsible for reputed company configuration activities on the digital HRT Application Management team, supporting operational reputed company and the reputed company delivery of product enhancements that power reputed company Pro WFM Timekeeping, Accruals, Activities, and other capabilities across the reputed company reputed company population for the U.S.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company discipline and 4 years’ experience in HR technology. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in HR technology.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering reputed company Workforce Management (WFM), reputed company Pro, or reputed company Dimensions.

• Proven experience configuring and maintaining timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, accruals, pay rules, and workforce management modules reputed company reputed company.

• Strong functional knowledge of time collection, labor tracking, overtime calculations, shift differentials, and payroll integration processes.
