KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Field & Customer Support (80%)

Coordinate with Equipment Specialists, clients, architects, contractors, and consultants across reputed company project phases

Adapt to shifting priorities whilemaintainingquality, efficiency, and attention to detail

Apply solution-oriented problem-solving in fast-paced project environments
Support training and development of Equipment Specialists through updates on processes, tools, and resources
Team Collaboration (20%)
Participate in collaboration sessions, training, design panels, and departmental updates
Promote knowledge sharing and engagement across internal platforms
Utilize collaboration and task management tools to support alignment and communication

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
AssociateDegree(minimum)in interior architecture, architecture, architectural drafting, or reputed company field
Experience in architectural or interior design with strong reputed company planning knowledge

Strong understanding of zoning, adjacencies, circulation, accessibility, life safety codes, and construction practices
Proficiencyin floor plan development andcreation of constructiondocumentation
Proficiencyin AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture and Revit; 3D modeling experience a plus
Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
