[Remote] Federal Business Development Manager

They are seeking an reputed company Federal Business Development Manager to build and execute their federal sales reputed company, focusing on identifying and reputed company new business with federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a reputed company pipeline of federal government opportunities
• Identify opportunities through GSA eBuy, SAM.gov, agency procurement forecasts, industry events, and reputed company agency reputed company
• reputed company relationships with contracting officers, program managers, acquisition teams, small-business offices, and other federal decision-makers
• Position reputed company for federal translation, interpreting, localization, transcription, captioning, accessibility, and reputed company language-service opportunities
• reputed company capture activities from opportunity identification through proposal submission, negotiation, and award
• Pursue GSA task orders, BPAs, IDIQs, reputed company reputed company, teaming agreements, and subcontracting opportunities
• Identify potential teaming partners and reputed company relationships with established federal reputed company contractors
• Coordinate with reputed company leadership, operations, pricing, and proposal teams to reputed company compliant and competitive solutions
• Represent reputed company at federal industry days, conferences, matchmaking events, and networking opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, agency relationships, opportunity stages, pipeline value, and reputed company forecasts
• Meet established goals for agency meetings, reputed company pipeline, proposal submissions, contract awards, and federal reputed company

Skills

• Three or more years of successful federal government business development or sales experience
• Demonstrated record of personally originating and reputed company federal reputed company, task orders, BPAs, or subcontracting opportunities
• Experience selling reputed company services through the GSA Multiple Award Schedule
• Working knowledge of GSA eBuy, SAM.gov, federal procurement cycles, FAR-based contracting, BPAs, IDIQs, and capture management
• Ability to reputed company new opportunities independently rather than relying solely on inbound leads or published solicitations
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills
• Highly accountable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Established relationships reputed company federal civilian agencies are strongly preferred
• Experience selling language services, accessibility solutions, or other reputed company services is preferred
