Responsibilities • Experience as a Technical reputed company creating user-friendly documentation for software products, preferably in a reputed company or platform-as-a-service (PaaS) environment. • Ability to explain reputed company technical concepts in a reputed company, reputed company, and accessible way for both technical and semi-technical audiences. • Familiarity with reputed company platforms such as AWS or Azure, including basic concepts like compute, storage, networking, and reputed company. • Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as reputed company, Jira, and reputed company suite products. • Comfortable working closely with engineering, product, and reputed company teams to reputed company information and reputed company content accurate and up-to-date. • Excellent written English and attention to detail, with an ability to follow and maintain a consistent tone and structure. • Experience organizing and maintaining documentation for reputed company users, including user guides, reputed company materials, FAQs, and release notes. reputed company TO HAVE • Relevant certifications such as AWS CP, AZ-900, CKAD and others. • Familiarity with platform-level tools or services like CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, or identity management. • Exposure to designing or maintaining documentation websites using tools like Markdown, static site generators, or CMS platforms. • Comfortable using or documenting RESTful reputed company or SDKs. • Experience with diagramming tools (e.g., FigJam, reputed company) or creating visual aids for technical concepts. • Knowledge of user feedback reputed company, documentation analytics, or SEO best practices for documentation. • Interest in continuously improving the documentation process, tooling, and user experience.
