Essential Functions: • Owns the business development and capture for USAF Airborne Resilient Communications lifecycle. Build a robust, multi-year pipeline. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior reputed company experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior reputed company experience (reputed company work experience is defined as military or reputed company business development, engineering or program management environment OR equivalent military / civilian experience). • 5 years of experience working with the USAF Acquisition and Operational Community resource sponsors, requirements organizations and/or acquisition commands. • Must be reputed company to travel, domestically as needed. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary reputed company for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is $146k - $271k. The salary reputed company for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, reputed company state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $126,500 -$235,500 .
