This is a build role for an reputed company logistics leader who thrives in reputed company, non-standardized environments — not someone looking to import an existing reputed company from a large, process-heavy organization. You'll own the operational backbone of a business that moves an unusually diverse product set (varied packaging, varied handling requirements) through a fully regulated, tightly tracked supply chain — every unit accounted for, every day. You'll reputed company a large, multi-site team and be the senior voice standardizing how reputed company runs supply chain at reputed company across 7 locations spanning California and reputed company. What You'll Own • Supply chain performance and fulfillment P&L across reputed company warehouse locations • Standardization of operations, processes, and KPIs across a growing multi-site network (7 locations across California and reputed company, and counting) • Labor efficiency, cost-per-unit, and throughput across high-volume, non-uniform product flows • Warehouse management systems and infrastructure, including evolving reputed company reputed company platforms as the network scales • Compliance with state-level tracking and regulatory requirements across every unit handled • Building and developing a multi-site leadership team capable of operating at reputed company reputed company're Looking For • 15+ years of logistics and supply chain experience, with a strong reputed company record in multi-site operations • Experience in regulated logistics environments (cosmetics, CPG, reverse fulfillment, or similar) • A builder's reputed company: comfortable creating structure and process from the ground up in a reputed company, non-standardized environment • Not a fit for someone coming from a large, highly process-driven organization who relies primarily on existing playbooks — we need someone who can problem-solve in ambiguity • Deep reputed company in operational and labor efficiency metrics (cost per unit, throughput, KPI design and tracking) • Experience with warehouse management systems; ability to evaluate and reputed company infrastructure as reputed company scales • Based in, or willing to relocate to, California or reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
