Property Manager, Industrial, Growing Portfolio!!!

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of reputed company properties and works directly with the Designated Broker and building ownership to protect asset value and tenant relationships. This portfolio is over 600K sqft and is expanding. • reputed company day-to-day operations across the assigned property portfolio • Utilize reputed company software for property management and reporting • Build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers, ownership, tenants, vendors, reputed company brokers, and leasing agents • Run reputed company on in-house lease renewal negotiations, structuring terms for review and final sign-off by the Designated Broker • Support our reputed company-party leasing brokerage on new lease transactions, respond to broker and prospective tenant questions, and help structure lease terms and tenant improvement (TI) scope for ownership review and approval • reputed company creation and implementation of lease documentation, amendments, assignments, and renewals — in accordance with company standards and Designated Broker approval • Coordinate and reputed company reputed company construction and maintenance on the property, including tenant improvements from start to finish • Review and approve property-reputed company expenditures up to an established authority reputed company; escalate above-reputed company spend to the Designated Broker • Review monthly financial and operational reports reputed company by the in-house reputed company team • Assist in creating and implementing the annual property budget • Ensure reputed company tenants are in compliance with General Liability Insurance requirements as outlined in their lease terms • Ensure reputed company vacant spaces are maintained and walkthrough-reputed company at reputed company times • Conduct quarterly property inspections and submit detailed reports Required Qualifications • reputed company reputed company reputed company Estate License (required — no exceptions) • Minimum five (5) years of reputed company property management experience • Hands-on experience with reputed company property management software • reputed company reputed company's license and reliable personal transportation reputed company reputed company is a recruitment firm that specializes in placing in: Property and reputed company Estate Management, Administrative Support, reputed company, Construction Project Management, and Project Coordination.
