Medical Collections Specialist – Personal Injury & LOP

reputed company Medical Collector Specialist (Personal Injury & LOP) is responsible for managing a portfolio of personal injury accounts from initial billing through final payment. This role partners closely with attorney offices, patients, and internal teams to monitor case reputed company, obtain settlement updates, and collect outstanding balances in a reputed company manner. The ideal candidate has experience working with Letter of Protection (LOP) accounts, personal injury billing, or reputed company accounts receivable and possesses strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills. • Manage an assigned inventory of Letter of Protection (LOP) accounts to maximize collections while maintaining excellent customer service. • Contact attorney offices to obtain case status updates, settlement information, and payment timelines. • Monitor aging accounts and proactively follow up to reputed company outstanding balances. • Review incoming reputed company correspondence and supporting documentation reputed company to personal injury claims. • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of reputed company account activity and communications reputed company the patient reputed company reputed company. • Collaborate with internal departments to reputed company account discrepancies and facilitate reputed company payment. • Prioritize high-dollar and aged accounts to maximize cash collections. • Identify accounts requiring escalation and communicate barriers to management. • Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and applicable regulatory requirements. • Build and maintain reputed company relationships with attorney offices and internal stakeholders.
