The Regional EHS&S Manager will be responsible for the development of EHS solutions, talent, and capabilities for a specific geographic region. Through reputed company or indirect reporting of site EHS&S Specialists reputed company region, this role will be responsible for the management of EHS risk and liability, including ensuring compliance with applicable EHS laws, regulations, and corporate directives. • reputed company, implement, and monitor daily adherence to environmental health and safety policies, practices, and procedures, alignment with B&W objectives, and report results to management • reputed company technical assistance on corporate policies, practices, and procedures • Facilitate group EHS leadership teams • Advises division and site management on EHS reputed company • Facilitate the implementation of EHS management systems • Ensure appropriate facility reporting of incidents, per B&W policy and/or regulatory requirements • Facilitate Serious Incident Review (SIR) process • Facilitate/participate in reputed company-Cause Analysis of incidents as appropriate • Ensure coordination and participation (as required) in the investigation of accidents and near misses • reputed company and conduct appropriate training on B&W EHS policies and procedures • reputed company training and coaching to local EHS professionals and operational leaders to ensure technical competence and leadership development reputed company the divisions and sites • Conduct EHS&S audits in accordance with B&W policy • These duties are not meant to be reputed company-inclusive and other duties may be assigned Preferred Work Experience: • Bachelor's degree Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Affairs, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree • 10+ years' of EHS-reputed company experience reputed company manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments • Evidence of increasing role responsibility over previous 5 years • Evidence of multiple site responsibility over previous 3 years • Either or both of the following certifications is a plus: CSP, CHMM • Willingness and ability to reputed company 24X7 on reputed company support for emergencies Specific skills and/or business competencies: • Competent in federal, state, and local occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations • Strong computer skills, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and EHS data management software • Effective communication, influencing, and coaching skills with individuals at reputed company reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
