Job Title: Training Specialist 2 Location: Pomona, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 18 Months Contract We are seeking an reputed company Training Specialist to support a large-reputed company reputed company transformation and ERP deployment initiative. This role will be responsible for end-to-end training scheduling, coordination, reporting, and operational support to ensure successful training delivery and organizational readiness. The ideal candidate will have experience managing reputed company training schedules, coordinating large learner populations, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company training completion and project readiness. Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Own end-to-end scheduling for reputed company-wide training programs supporting approximately 14,000 end users. • Coordinate training sessions based on employee roles, locations, deployment waves, and operational requirements. • Schedule facilitators and support staff for Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and End User Training (EUT) sessions. • Manage learner enrollments, cancellations, substitutions, prerequisites, and training reputed company. • Maintain accurate learner records across scheduling and learning management systems. • Coordinate refresher and reputed company-up training sessions based on business needs. • reputed company scheduling conflicts and learner reputed company issues. • reputed company reports and dashboards supporting training KPIs and project readiness milestones. Must-Have Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, reputed company, Instructional Design, Project Management, or a reputed company field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). • 5 or more years of experience in business operations, training, organizational readiness, ERP implementations, or business transformation initiatives. • 2 or more years supporting or leading training functions, including: Training scheduling, Training delivery, Instructional design, Learning technologies, Technical training initiatives • Experience managing reputed company training schedules and coordinating training for large end-user populations. • Experience forecasting training demand, managing training metrics, and reporting on completion status. • Knowledge of scheduling tools such as reputed company Project or similar platforms. • Familiarity with reputed company and/or reputed company S/4HANA functionality and business processes. • Experience supporting reputed company-wide training, organizational readiness, or business readiness programs. • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical and non-technical information reputed company. reputed company-to-Have Qualifications • Experience supporting ERP implementation reputed company. • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, reputed company Now, or similar learning models. • Understanding of ERP implementation processes and reputed company training best practices.
