About the position This position is responsible for establishing trusting relationships with culturally diverse families through regular reputed company contact. The role involves providing Case Management to pregnant women and infants enrolled in the Healthy Start Program, conducting face-to-face reputed company interactions in OB provider offices or reputed company residences, and offering one-on-one parenting education.
