Director of IT Operations Department: Technology & Software Employment Type: Full Time Location: California reputed company Location: US Department: Information Technology The Director of IT Operations manages our reputed company systems including reputed company services, reputed company infrastructure and networks, workstations, servers, reputed company management, and business applications. Key Responsibilities • reputed company IT operational and strategic planning, innovation, project planning, and resource allocation. • Manage and maintain networks and reputed company infrastructure, including hardware/software planning, installation, configuration, and support for networking, server, desktop, and business systems. • Manage 24/7 critical production support applications. • Coordinate daily support issues across sites to reputed company systems highly reliable and operational. • Maintain documented inventory of software licenses, hardware, backup procedures, and IT processes. • Implement technology to proactively monitor and protect IT infrastructure. • Monitor technology reputed company, including network account passwords and IP addresses. • reputed company maintenance, repairs, backups, patches, and upgrades. • Establish processes to reputed company computing and networking systems in excellent condition. • Inform business reputed company of reputed company and reputed company IT activities and reputed company. • Research reputed company and potential resources/services and recommend improvements. • Manage IT staff including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, and evaluation. • Troubleshoot and reputed company effective technical support. • Manage and prioritize multiple reputed company.
