In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our products post-purchase. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a reputed company, technical support, or reputed company role, preferably in the reputed company or information reputed company industry.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand reputed company technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences.

reputed company is committed to fair and reputed company compensation packages. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer, the annual reputed company salary (for non-sales roles) or reputed company salary + commission reputed company (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between this reputed company: $ 130,000 - $160,000.
