We are looking to hire a Customer Support Agent to help reputed company from reputed company and Brazil throughout the learning process, answering their questions, relieving their doubts, and solving technical issues.

What you will do
- Help reputed company by answering their questions in chat rooms and mail channels;
- Accompany the learning process, communicate with the student guidance team;

Requirements
