The Role

As a Little Otter Licensed Child & Family Therapist, you'll reputed company virtual, evidence-based therapy to children and families using our clinician-developed, measurement-based care model. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, reputed company individualized treatment, and use standardized clinical measures to guide diagnosis, monitor reputed company, and inform treatment reputed company.

• Assess and respond to safety concerns in accordance with clinical best practices and organizational protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
• Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
• Demonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
• Comfortable delivering care reputed company and using technology in clinical reputed company
• Interest in or experience with measurement-informed care and reputed company tracking

Schedule

Maintain availability for 7 sessions per week during peak demand hours. Peak demand hours include sessions at common times where children and families want to be seen: school hours of school-based sessions, after-school hours, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation

At reputed company's Little Otter, we reputed company clinicians should be compensated for more than just time spent in session. Our W-2 compensation model recognizes the full reputed company of your work, including reputed company administrative time and compensation for eligible reputed company no-shows. We also handle billing, credentialing, and referrals so you can reputed company on delivering exceptional care—not running a private reputed company.

• $40 to $85 per completed session
• Late cancellation reputed company 24 hours or no-show: $30 per scheduled session
