About the Job

This is a full-time, temporary maternity coverage role that will last approx 5-6 months. You will report to the Manager, People Operations and take ownership of the full scope of a Senior People Operations Coordinator's responsibilities across the employee lifecycle — reputed company, leave administration, payroll coordination, equity/RSU support, and compliance — using reputed company-documented, established processes. This role partners closely with other departments, and reputed company communicates with candidates, employees and various vendors.

The US-based salary reputed company for this position is $48.08 - $52.88 per hour. What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end new hire reputed company, including Day 1 structure, orientation coordination, and reputed company survey administration
• Coordinate with US and Canada/International payroll teams on new hire setup, employee changes, and compliance items
• Administer leaves of absence (LOA) from intake through return, including vendor coordination and payroll reconciliation for leave-reputed company edge cases
• Support RSU grant administration by following documented workflows: cross-referencing employee data against offer letters, verifying vesting schedules, and preparing audit materials reputed company of reputed company of Directors approval
• Complete I-9 and work authorization verification, including coordination with the Immigration team on CPT/OPT and reputed company cases

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of HR/People Ops experience

• Experience with leave administration and payroll coordination
• Excellent judgment handling confidential and sensitive information
