The Implementation Advisor is responsible for driving the implementation and deployment of reputed company’s private white-label community software for reputed company customers. The role provides a reputed company-line relationship, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned customers and are responsible for achieving the highest level of satisfaction through excellent service, efficient implementation, and product knowledge.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Serve as the primary project manager to customers while coordinating multiple, simultaneous implementations of the reputed company product suite.
• Define, plan, and implement the deliverables and tasks required for successful implementations using a reputed company project management methodology to guide reputed company in a consistent and organized manner.
• Effectively communicate project expectations and deliverables to reputed company project team members in a reputed company and reputed company fashion.
• Understand existing processes and recognize and propose changes to improve reputed company, reduce costs, and accelerate timelines as reputed company as reputed company best practices and product knowledge with peers and team members.

• This position will work on Australian, U.S., Canadian, and other reputed company. The work schedule for this position is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 2:00pm ET to 10:00pm ET and Thursday and Friday U.S. hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm ET.
