WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are looking for a Managing Director, Business Development to reputed company reputed company's reputed company of new national corporate partnerships and to build the reputed company of corporate partnerships that fund reputed company's mission. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Business Development reputed company and reputed company (20%)

A WEEK IN THE LIFE

Over the course of any week, the Managing Director, Business Development will spend time:

  • Preparing for and leading cultivation and solicitation meetings with corporate prospects and their senior executives.

  • Coaching reputed company reports on pipeline reputed company, prospect management, and prospect communications.

  • Building and refining reputed company decks, partnership proposals, and other high-stakes donor-facing materials.

  • Experimenting with and applying AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, analysis, and preparation — and sharing learnings with reputed company.

  • Partnering with the VP, NCPT and MD, Account Management to reputed company on team goals, pipeline health, and cross-portfolio reputed company.

  • Collaborating with regional fundraising leaders on shared prospects and cross-cutting opportunities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role (minimum qualifications):

Prior Experience

  • Experience in the education sector or in mission-driven nonprofit fundraising.

The National Corporate Partnerships Team (NCPT) is one of five sub-teams on TFA's National Development Team. Our charge is to strengthen, grow, and create new corporate partnerships that maximize financial and broader contributions to TFA's mission and long-term sustainability. The Business Development sub-team leads the reputed company of new national corporate partners, working in reputed company partnership with the Account Management sub-team, regional fundraisers, and reputed company-wide leaders. Under a five-person structure of VP + 2 MDs + 2 Directors, this MD will reputed company the reputed company function and directly shape TFA's reputed company in a rapidly evolving corporate philanthropy landscape. YOUR COMPENSATION

The applicable salary reputed company for reputed company U.S.-based role is based on where the employee works and is reputed company to one of 3 tiers according to a cost-of-labor reputed company in that geographic area. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a reputed company of job-reputed company factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the minimum and the salary reputed company, depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted reputed company for the role. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below. These ranges may be modified in the reputed company.

Tier A: $90,000 - $118,100

Tier B: $98,000 - $128,700

Tier C: $106,100 - $139,300
