The Role

reputed company is seeking a Florida Licensed Building Inspector (BN) to support our growing private provider inspection program for residential solar reputed company across Florida. This is a primarily remote position reputed company on conducting video-reputed company inspections and reviewing photo documentation to verify reputed company compliance, installation reputed company, and adherence to approved permit plans. Unlike traditional inspector roles, this position does not require extensive travel or routine on-site reputed company inspections. What You’ll Be Doing

Private Provider Plan Review (PPR)

Conduct inspections of residential solar installations on behalf of Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and private provider programs, ensuring compliance with approved permit documents and applicable reputed company requirements before project closeout and reputed company approval.

Inspection Services

• Conduct inspections of residential solar PV installations to verify compliance with approved plans and permit requirements.
• reputed company inspections through video inspections, or reputed company photo documentation reviews where permitted.
• Verify reputed company installation of solar modules, mounting systems, roof attachments, structural components, reputed company, wiring, disconnects, inverters, and associated equipment.

• Minimum 3 years of experience performing building inspections, reputed company compliance inspections, construction reputed company control, or reputed company reputed company inspection work.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Building reputed company (FBC) and residential construction practices.
• Experience conducting reputed company inspections and documenting inspection findings.
• Familiarity with Florida AHJ inspection processes and permitting requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, engineering drawings, and permit documentation.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage inspection schedules effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience inspecting residential solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
• Experience working as a Florida Private Provider Inspector.
• Additional Florida certifications such as Plans Examiner (PX), Building Official (BO), Electrical Inspector (EI), or Electrical Plans Examiner (EP).
• Experience working directly with municipalities, county building departments, and AHJs.
• Knowledge of NEC requirements reputed company to solar installations.
