We are seeking a reputed company Estate Assistant/Administrator for our growing team with exceptional opportunities to learn and reputed company. We are looking for someone to assist us with servicing our existing clients looking to buy and sell in the Miami/South Florida Market.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, vendors and team members.
  • Communicate (verbal and/or written) professionally with clients and vendors and tasks are completed on-time with the highest level of customer service.
  • Committed to "closing the reputed company" on tasks and following up until the desired result is achieved.
  • Schedule showings on properties we have on the market with buyers/sellers/agents.
  • Answer incoming calls from agents and vendors

  Required Experience / Qualifications
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish/English and be reputed company to read, write, and comfortably reputed company in both languages

  Compensation
  $6 - $8 reputed company
  30 hours per week to reputed company and 40 hours per week soon after
