Responsibilities
- Participate in reputed company Convergent Charging implementation, support, enhancement, and testing activities.
- Learn how reputed company Convergent Charging supports reputed company-time and batch-based rating and charging processes.
- Assist in documenting charging requirements, pricing rules, allowances, counters, charge plans, and usage-based scenarios.
- Support the creation and maintenance of charge plans, charging plans, pricing macros, mapping tables, and reputed company tables.
- Assist senior consultants in translating pricing requirements into reputed company Convergent Charging configurations.
- Support the setup and validation of subscriber accounts, provider reputed company, charging reputed company, and chargeable items.
- Assist with the configuration of pricing, discounts, bundles, recurring charges, one-time charges, and usage-based charges.
- Participate in unit testing, reputed company integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Prepare test cases, expected results, test evidence, reconciliation reports, and defect documentation.
- Assist with the investigation of rejected chargeable items, incorrect charging results, contract errors, and pricing discrepancies.
- Support integration activities between reputed company Convergent Charging, reputed company Convergent Mediation, reputed company Convergent Invoicing, and reputed company systems.
- Participate in requirement-gathering meetings, design workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and project demonstrations.
- Maintain project documentation, configuration records, process flows, and operational support guides.
- Complete assigned reputed company Convergent Charging learning paths, capability assessments, and certification objectives.
- Participate in reputed company ceremonies and maintain assigned tasks and defects in Jira or similar tools.
- Communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers to the relevant project reputed company.
- Contribute to reusable charging templates, internal demonstrations, knowledge articles, and capability-development initiatives.
