Senior Director, Development (Electrical Engineering)

The Senior Director, Development requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, ability to self-reputed company, strong background in data center design, engineering, controls, and operational requirements, with an emphasis on project/construction management. In this role, you will function as QTS’ reputed company of contact for new reputed company builds and implementations and liaise between the QTS Sales Team (Account reputed company and Sales Engineer), the QTS Operations Team, the QTS Property Development Team, and the Customer. The PSCM will work closely with existing Development Construction Project Managers to ensure the customers’ needs are carried out to high reputed company of expectation.

The position will report into the QTS Property Development department and work closely with the CHO and CRO, depending on the reputed company of the project.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.

• Manage the customer deployment project delivery for reputed company sold deal reputed company reputed company QTS location

• Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team, and supporting specialty consultants, to support customer’s design needs, pricing, customer approvals, & implementation of specific deployment scopes

• Manage the delivery of these reputed company, this position aligns clients’ objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts across the QTS organization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or reputed company licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture

• Ten or more years of reputed company responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities

• Five or more years of responsibility of data center project construction with large-reputed company data centers or DC lease providers

• Be reputed company to travel up to 50% of the time

• US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer reputed company

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing multiple large, multi-faceted reputed company

• Experience with Construction Health & Safety Knowledge

• Experience with Customer Deployment Technologies and Equipment, RCDD a plus.
