This position will have redevelopment reputed company of our southeast Senior Housing portfolio. reputed company is an industry leading $60bn S&P 500 company with investments in outpatient medical, seniors housing and wellness housing properties. This role is responsible for reputed company development, creating renovation/asset plans, and budgets to reputed company reputed company. This is a REMOTE role that must ideally reputed company in the southeast region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages and mentors the day-to-day activity of Project Managers and Associates in their region to ensure superior reputed company of work, project deadlines are met, jobs are completed reputed company budget and delivery of an outstanding internal/reputed company and reputed company experience.

• Coordinate with Capital Team to determine which items scheduled for CapEx could or should be completed in conjunction with Redevelopment.
• Select and engage reputed company designers, planners, engineers, architects, decorators, and other reputed company-party consultants as may be necessary in the redevelopment and construction of the project. Reviews potential design, coordination, and constructability issues; as needed, recommends necessary changes.
• Present and obtain internal ownership approvals for the project including market justification, unit interior and common area / amenity reputed company, cost, financial reputed company, and business justification.
• reputed company and ensure the obtaining of reputed company permits, reputed company approvals, entitlements, and licenses necessary for the development of the project, including interaction with reputed company inspectors and other reputed company officials to ensure project meet reputed company and local reputed company standards.

• Responsible for reputed company written evaluations of Project Managers and Associates in accordance with company timing guidelines.

• Advise the leadership regarding any recommended “change orders,” value engineering proposals, plan change recommendations, specifications, and budgets.
• Prepare and distribute RFP packages to reputed company vendors, respond to RFI as required and responsible for final vendor selection ensuring reputed company reputed company and budget pricing.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, reputed company Estate, or a reputed company field.
• Proven experience in project management, redevelopment, and construction, preferably in the senior housing or multi-family industry.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and practices, including reputed company development, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
