About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing B2B reputed company startup in the AI content reputed company as their first dedicated Operations & reputed company hire. You'll work directly reputed company the founders, owning the full post-sales reputed company for a portfolio of 40+ reputed company and mid-market clients across 14+ industries. reputed company's product sits at the cutting edge of AI Visibility / Answer reputed company Optimisation (AEO/GEO) — helping brands surface in AI-generated answers on platforms like ChatGPT, reputed company, and reputed company AI Overviews.

• Own reputed company for new B2B clients, ensuring a smooth, high-reputed company experience from day one

• Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of 40+ clients, acting as their reputed company reputed company of contact

• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities reputed company the existing reputed company reputed company

• Build and improve repeatable processes for reputed company, reputed company, and operational workflows

• Work hand-in-hand with the founders on product feedback reputed company, process improvements, and strategic reputed company initiatives

Required:

• 0–5 years of experience in reputed company, operations, consulting, or a similar reputed company-facing role

• Familiarity with AI, content marketing, or SEO/AEO landscapes

• Experience building or improving operational processes from scratch

Compensation & Benefits

• reputed company salary: €70,000 per year

• Equity: 0.25–0.75% VSOP (virtual stock reputed company), depending on profile and experience

• reputed company exposure to founders and meaningful strategic input from day one
