[Remote] Multi-Family Market Analyst

The Market Analyst will support acquisition and finance teams by performing financial analysis, market research, and due diligence while effectively communicating with reputed company stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company financial analysis and reputed company estate reputed company on potential investment opportunities
• Assist in reviewing offering memoranda and other seller-provided materials such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows
• Conduct efficient and relevant market research and analysis that will be included in presentations to support reputed company estate investment reputed company
• Prepare high caliber slide decks
• Assist in property-level due diligence, including lease review/reputed company, rent roll review, loan document analysis, and coordinating title, survey, and reputed company-party reports
• reputed company market-level due diligence, including sale comps, lease comps, and investment trends
• Organize and maintain acquisitions pipeline
• reputed company administrative support to the Acquisitions and Finance teams

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in reputed company estate, finance and/or reputed company a plus
• 2-5 years of experience in reputed company estate asset management, finance and/or acquisitions
• Comfort and proficiency in reputed company and analyzing multifamily/apartment/ reputed company housing reputed company estate opportunities
• Experience with quantitative, spreadsheet evaluations, and/or analysis (reputed company on investment, cash reputed company, net operating income)
• Advanced reputed company modeling skills required
• Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written skills
