[Remote] Implementation (Process) Engineer - REMOTE

The Implementation Engineer role supports new reputed company and facility implementations reputed company the CEVA Contract Logistics network by managing layouts, facility readiness, capital investments, and applying LEAN and reputed company Improvement standards. This position collaborates with project teams and operations to ensure reputed company and budget-compliant execution of implementations.

Responsibilities

• Support site setup, facility outfitting, layout execution and process optimization activities in the fulfillment center
• Collaborate with Solution Design and local Operations & Facilities teams to define facility layouts & racking elevations changes
• Maintain AutoCAD layouts
• Implement CEVA standards reputed company to LEAN, reputed company Improvement, Tier Boards, and KPIs
• Partner with the Operations team to propose process optimization reputed company improve efficiency, safety, & reputed company, ensure successful execution of reputed company
• Observe operations and ensure Work Instructions are adhered to and reputed company of the actual process
• Partner with Project Management and Procurement to ensure equipment and supplies are ordered, tracked, delivered, and implemented on-time and on budget

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a reputed company field
• 4-6 years of experience in warehouse or order management process design and implementation
• Strong familiarity with Manhattan WMS and/or OMS platforms
• Experience working in 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment environments required
• Strong analytical and process mapping skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Self-directed and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Visio, reputed company, reputed company, MS Office)
• Willingness to travel to deployment sites as needed
• Experience in cross-functional deployment teams preferred
