[Remote] Technical Account Manager

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to own reputed company, working closely with important accounts to ensure their needs are met and to facilitate their reputed company with our product.

Responsibilities

• Own the 30 most important accounts at reputed company, and reputed company them to reputed company
• Serve as the technical reputed company of contact for these accounts - in charge of making reputed company their issues are done, communicating regularly with the customer
• Prevent churn-risk by proactively identifying risk, improving and driving usage, and ensuring customers are renewal-reputed company. Your work here is critical to reputed company's overall reputed company
• reputed company product roadmap, by surfacing larger technical gaps/opportunities to the product team
