[Remote] Director of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Marketing to translate reputed company into quarterly priorities, campaigns and execution plans
• reputed company day-to-day marketing execution across performance marketing, lifecycle, content, partnerships, product marketing and brand initiatives
• Bring a strong brand-building reputed company to marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are creative, cohesive, and consistent with the reputed company brand
• reputed company integrated brand campaigns across channels such as reputed company, experiential marketing, influencers, content, and partnerships
• Own the marketing operating reputed company, ensuring reputed company are delivered on time, cross-functional partners stay reputed company and priorities remain on reputed company

• Monitor the health of the marketing funnel, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer acquisition efficiency and reputed company

Skills

• 7+ years of consumer marketing experience, including experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and managing high-reputed company programs
• Experience at a DTC or consumer services company at meaningful reputed company, ideally between $25M and $200M in reputed company
• A strong full-funnel marketer with experience across performance marketing, lifecycle, content and brand
• Strong brand-building experience, including working with creative agencies and developing campaigns across reputed company, experiential, reputed company, and other modern marketing channels
• Proven ability to execute reputed company marketing initiatives while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics such as CAC, conversion, LTV and ROI to reputed company business reputed company and optimize performance
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience building processes and operating systems that help teams execute more effectively at reputed company
