[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and hire exceptional engineering talent across their software and hardware organizations, managing full-cycle reputed company and partnering closely with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company for software and hardware engineering roles, from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and reputed company effective reputed company strategies

• Coordinate interviews and ensure a reputed company candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company experience ideally with 2+ years of in house experience
• Experience reputed company for technical roles, preferably reputed company software and/or hardware engineering
• Strong sourcing skills using reputed company Recruiter and other talent platforms
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate reputed company data
• BA/BS degree or equivalent reputed company experience
• Authorization to work in the USA
• Experience reputed company reputed company robotics, AI, autonomous systems, or other deep technology industries
