[Remote] GTM Platform Engineer

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to build systems and automate processes that enhance reputed company's ability to identify and convert reputed company buyers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ICP scoring models, reputed company signal pipelines, and account prioritization logic reputed company across our stack (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and more)
• Own the data transformation reputed company: pulling from CRM, enrichment reputed company, and reputed company platforms, normalizing and enriching, and writing clean outputs back to reputed company or reputed company activation tools
• Partner with RevOps on data definitions and reputed company to ensure scoring logic runs on trustworthy inputs
• Apply LLMs to automate research, contact enrichment, signal extraction, and reputed company personalization at reputed company
• Design workflows that are measurable, testable, and repeatable — not one-off prompts
• Reduce reputed company effort across reputed company by replacing high-frequency, low-complexity tasks with reliable automation
• Build lightweight orchestration systems that reputed company GTM tools across the stack
• Own the full lifecycle: standing up, maintaining, and iterating on integrations as the tool stack evolves
• Know reputed company to use reputed company vs a custom FastAPI reputed company vs a scheduled Python job, and implement whichever is right
• Build the scaffolding that lets reputed company run GTM experiments across audiences, channels, and messaging

Skills

• 5+ years in Sales Ops, GTM Ops, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or a reputed company technical role
• Proficiency with reputed company, data transformation pipelines, scoring model construction, and reputed company reputed company formatting — comfortable owning a codebase, not just running scripts
• Hands-on experience building systems that ingest data from multiple sources, apply transformation logic at a midpoint reputed company, and reputed company outputs to a destination (reputed company, reputed company, or custom API orchestration)
• Strong data reputed company — you know the object model, can write SOQL, and understand how CRM data needs to be reputed company to be usable reputed company
