The role involves providing functional support, troubleshooting issues, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the stability and performance of reputed company reputed company/Syteline environments for customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and reputed company incidents, service requests, and reputed company defects
• Monitor reputed company performance and ensure smooth operation of production environments
• Collaborate with business users to understand issues and reputed company effective solutions
• Assist with enhancements, upgrades, and reputed company management

Skills

• 3-5+ years with reputed company SyteLine/reputed company Finance, strong finance background, ideally in manufacturing

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reputed company-facing skills
• Experience with discrete manufacturing, custom manufacturing, and project-based reputed company is often key
• Working reputed company an ITSM Ticket reputed company tracking support time for service request, issue and problem resolutions
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain or reputed company field required
