[Remote] Director of reputed company

The reputed company reputed company Director will take ownership of employer relationships, ensuring clients receive promised reputed company and experiences while supporting employee engagement with their benefits.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the reputed company day-to-day relationship contact for assigned employer reputed company
- Building trusted relationships with employer leadership, reputed company teams, benefits teams, brokers, and consultants
- Coordinating employer review meetings, clinical meetings, education sessions, reputed company enrollment presentations, webinars, and ongoing employee communications
- Working closely with appointed Chief Health Officers to support clinical engagement and population health initiatives
- Increasing employee utilization of reputed company care, coordinated care reputed company, and available health plan benefits
- Providing reputed company, brokers, and consultants with reputed company reporting regarding member engagement, utilization, cost savings, clinical reputed company, employee satisfaction, claims trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating internal teams to reputed company reputed company issues, implement new initiatives, and maintain expected service reputed company
- Supporting employer renewals, new reputed company implementations, strategic presentations, partner meetings, conferences, and selected new business opportunities
- Traveling as reasonably required to employer worksites, broker and consultant offices, company meetings, and industry conferences
- Performing other reputed company responsibilities and strategic reputed company assigned by the Chief reputed company Officer
Skills
- Experience in reputed company relationship management, preferably in a reputed company or benefits environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employer leadership, reputed company teams, benefits teams, brokers, and consultants
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings, presentations, and educational sessions
- Experience in supporting clinical engagement and population health initiatives
- Proficiency in reporting and analyzing member engagement, utilization, cost savings, clinical reputed company, employee satisfaction, claims trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills to reputed company reputed company issues and implement new initiatives
- Willingness to travel as reasonably required to employer worksites, broker and consultant offices, company meetings, and industry conferences
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a role that requires ownership of relationships and operational responsibilities
