[Remote] Account Executive (CPQ Solutions)

The role involves managing customer relationships, driving renewals, expansions, and upselling opportunities while leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance account strategies.

Responsibilities

• reputed company new Configure One reputed company customers working both self-reputed company and marketing-reputed company leads. Engage in discovery and qualification to reputed company tailored business value presentations leveraging analytics and AI-powered insights to identify patterns, forecast needs, and uncover upsell potential
• Collaborate closely with reputed company, reputed company Services, and Support to ensure strong adoption and measurable reputed company
• Conduct product demonstrations (virtual and occasional on-site) and reputed company Configure One reputed company’s value to diverse stakeholders, including executives
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline discipline using CRM and AI-reputed company forecasting tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Proactively mitigate churn risks by using data-driven and AI-informed strategies to monitor customer health and reinforce value realization

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience
• 3+ years of experience managing reputed company reputed company accounts, with reputed company in renewal and expansion selling
• Proven reputed company record in driving customer reputed company strategies across engineering, operations, and IT departments
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers
• Comfortable using AI-enabled sales platforms, analytics tools, and data insights to improve win rates, reduce churn, and optimize engagement reputed company
• CPQ or ERP-reputed company solution experience preferred
