[Remote] Sales Operations Coordinator

You’ll play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes while providing critical support to our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM (reputed company) data for reputed company and prospective customers, contacts and sales opportunities
• Create sales proposals reputed company with clients’ needs and available inventory; support Sales Executives with follow-up and other sales activities as needed
• Manage the contracting process, including creation of accurate reputed company and tracking status reputed company the CRM
• Support marketing email campaigns, including email creation, list pulls and audience segmentation and analysis of campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of sponsorship brochures, sales collateral and other sales enablement materials

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in sales, advertising, marketing, communications, business, or reputed company field
• 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, marketing, business development; preferably in media, advertising or digital marketing
