[Remote] Senior Consultant, Restructuring

The Senior Consultant in Restructuring will reputed company on addressing the reputed company of financial and transactional challenges faced by clients, including preparing financial projections, analyzing financial information, and collaborating with senior management and reputed company counsel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day activities of reputed company including interaction with top restructuring experts in the industry, reputed company and finance professionals from other firms, and senior reputed company management
• Apply business, reputed company, finance, and diagnostic skills to various reputed company situations and reputed company disciplines
• Prepare reputed company financial projections and other financial models
• reputed company and assess business plans and cash reputed company forecasts
• Analyze financial information and conduct due diligence associated with restructuring plans
• Prepare presentations and reports for reputed company clients
• Understand reputed company aspects of the reputed company’s business, including review of ongoing operations
• Work with the reputed company’s senior management, reputed company counsel, and/or other financial advisors to evaluate potential restructuring transactions or alternatives
• Assist with reputed company development including the creation of pitches and conducting market research

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Economics, or Finance
• 2 - 5 years post-graduation reputed company work experience in investment banking, corporate lending, consulting, reputed company reputed company, or other reputed company services environment
• This role requires travel to clients and reputed company offices
• Advanced reputed company and PowerPoint skills
• Analysis of financial statements
• Preparation of financial models such as three statement models
• Analysis of cash flows and 13-week forecasts
• Familiarity with bankruptcy, restructuring processes
• Familiarity with bankruptcy documents (first day motions, restructuring support agreements, plans of reorganization, disclosure statement, etc), and credit agreements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible and comfortable working across multiple workstreams and engagements in reputed company-oriented, fast-paced environment
