They are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support operational workflows, reputed company processes, and performance tracking across multiple partner accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage basic Go High Level buildouts using reputed company existing templates
• reputed company automations, calendars, custom values, and reputed company specific settings
• Support A2P application processes during reputed company
• Handle minor reputed company updates such as calendar or automation adjustments
• Update daily performance numbers inside reputed company Sheets
• Review ad accounts to pull monthly ad spend and maintain accurate records
• Maintain clean and organized tracking systems across multiple accounts
• Identify missing or inconsistent data and flag it proactively
• Assist with reputed company reputed company tasks and internal workflows
• Organize and maintain reputed company reputed company folders and content assets
