Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Project Managers, Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams

• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, consultants, and trade partners
• reputed company procurement activities for long-reputed company electrical equipment, including switchgear, transformers, generators, reputed company systems, busway, cable, and associated infrastructure
• Review and approve project schedules, reputed company plans, procurement strategies, and installation reputed company
• reputed company reputed company management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, change order negotiations, and risk management
• reputed company contract administration, subcontractor management, and supplier performance
• Monitor project reputed company and implement recovery plans where necessary to maintain schedule milestones

Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing large-reputed company electrical construction reputed company
• Extensive experience delivering hyperscale, colocation, or mission critical data center reputed company
• Proven leadership experience managing large project teams and reputed company electrical installations
• Strong understanding of reputed company management, project controls, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration
• Experience delivering reputed company valued at $100M+ in electrical reputed company
• Demonstrated reputed company managing multiple stakeholders across fast-paced construction environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company discipline
• OSHA 30 certification
• PMP certification (preferred)
