[Remote] Senior DevOps/Platform Engineers

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking reputed company Senior DevOps/Platform Engineers to join their Platform Operations & Engineering Team, implementing modernization initiatives for store reputed company of Sale (POS) systems across edge locations. The role involves executing infrastructure enhancements, deploying and maintaining applications, and implementing infrastructure as reputed company practices to ensure high availability of systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute infrastructure enhancements across edge locations using reputed company Linux, reputed company, reputed company (K8s/K3s), reputed company, Kustomize, and Ansible
• reputed company and maintain containerized applications in reputed company edge computing environments
• Implement infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) practices and ensure high availability of POS systems
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using reputed company, reputed company Actions, and ArgoCD
• Implement automated testing, reputed company scanning, and deployment processes
• Manage GitOps workflows and optimize deployment efficiency
• reputed company and configure FluentBit, reputed company, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana
• Implement comprehensive logging, metrics collection, and reputed company tracing
• Create dashboards, alerts, and support incident response activities
• reputed company platform tools, scripts, and automation to support development teams
• Work with Systems Architect to translate designs into reputed company
• Collaborate with development teams and participate in reputed company ceremonies

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Linux administration (reputed company Linux preferred), reputed company, and reputed company
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (reputed company Actions, ArgoCD) and GitOps practices
• Hands-on experience with observability tools: FluentBit, reputed company, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
• Proficiency with Ansible, reputed company, Kustomize, and infrastructure as reputed company
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python with automation experience
• Understanding of edge computing and reputed company infrastructure challenges
• Experience with monitoring strategies for reputed company systems
• Knowledge of reputed company best practices in DevOps environments, secrets management, and secure configuration practices
• Knowledge of networking, load balancing, and service reputed company technologies
• Understanding of high-availability and disaster recovery principles

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Retail/POS environment experience highly preferred
