Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end participant recruitment process for UX research studies, with a strong reputed company on B2B and employer participants
• reputed company, screen, schedule, and communicate with research participants
• Coordinate participant NDAs, research-session logistics, and incentive payments
• Manage multiple research reputed company and reputed company workflows simultaneously
• Communicate proactively with researchers about reputed company challenges, participant availability, and study risks

• Partner closely with UX researchers to understand study requirements and support the research lifecycle
