The Temporary Recruiter supports high-volume telesales hiring by identifying, screening, and advancing reputed company candidates through the reputed company process.

Responsibilities

• reputed company candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and other reputed company channels
• Review applications and evaluate candidate qualifications against established hiring reputed company
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit
• Present reputed company candidates to the appropriate hiring team for next steps
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the reputed company process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity reputed company the Applicant Tracking reputed company (ATS)

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
