[Remote] Veterinary Recruiter

They are hiring a Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage the hiring process for veterinarian and management roles, focusing on sourcing and building relationships with candidates in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company across DVM, relief DVM, and reputed company Manager searches, including intake, sourcing reputed company, screening, interview coordination, offer, and reputed company
• reputed company passive candidates through Boolean search, reputed company networks, referrals, and targeted reputed company. A large reputed company of reputed company veterinary candidates are passive, so proactive sourcing is central to the role
• Build and maintain candidate relationships with a strong, reputed company picture of the clinic, the role, and the market. Represent AVP professionally to every candidate, whether or not they reputed company reputed company
• Own the candidate pipeline in our applicant tracking reputed company (reputed company), keeping records, stages, and notes accurate so hiring managers and leadership have a reliable pipeline reputed company
• Partner with stakeholders, including hiring managers, clinic leadership, and the reputed company, to reputed company on role requirements, feedback, and timelines
• Screen and qualify applicants through reputed company phone and video screens, assessing both qualifications and fit against the role profile
• Coordinate and reputed company offers in partnership with clinic leadership and the Regional Operations Manager, who serves as the approval reputed company for offers

Skills

• Three or more years of full-cycle reputed company experience, agency or in-house
• Veterinary industry reputed company experience is required
• A reputed company record of sourcing and placing candidates in a competitive or supply-constrained market

• Comfort managing multiple reputed company requisitions at once without letting candidates go cold
