[Remote] Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor will reputed company reputed company-facing activities, manage team leads, and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements while driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company facing activities including reputed company meetings, project management of project deliverables and maintain excellent reputed company satisfaction
• Manage reputed company reputed company Eligibility and Benefits Management Team Leads, including reputed company supervision of individuals and overall leadership of team activities and reputed company
• Responsible for internal project management activities including tracking and completion of internal deliverables
• Ensure that new hires receive robust, reputed company planned and effective new hire training
• Ensure team’s compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies
• Monitor performance measurements for team activities to help ensure that team meets reputed company performance and contractual responsibilities
• Use critical thinking and data analysis tools (e.g., reputed company, Power BI) to respond to reputed company and PCG management requests
• Proactively pursue reputed company improvement to increase compliance, value, accuracy, and efficiency of reputed company’s work
• Maintain and update reputed company Operating Procedures and training materials for team functions
• reputed company and maintain a robust reputed company assurance process for reputed company activities, data and reports developed for the reputed company and for PCG management
• Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and annual project and reputed company facing reporting

• Support and/or reputed company operational initiatives across the reputed company reputed company Advocacy Management Services (SSAMS) program
