Responsibilities

• Maintain program documentation, knowledge repositories, collaboration spaces, and project artifacts
• Partner with Product, Technology, UX, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across workstreams
• Monitor program health, identify risks and blockers, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support organizational readiness, change management, and adoption activities for reputed company initiatives

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in reputed company program management, product transformation, product operations, organizational change, or a reputed company discipline
• Demonstrated reputed company leading large-reputed company cross-functional programs reputed company reputed company, matrixed organizations
• Experience partnering with Product, Technology, UX, and business stakeholders to reputed company reputed company initiatives
• Strong program management skills, including: Planning and integrated roadmap development, Dependency management, Risk management and mitigation, Executive-level reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level presentations and communications
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
