[Remote] Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager directs reputed company phases of program development from inception to completion of a commercialized product launch, leading a cross-functional reputed company team on high-visibility product development programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops the cross-functional plan/reputed company and drives execution of a multi-generational roadmap for Software Product Development
• Ensures the NPD / Design Control / lifecycle management process is followed to assure reputed company planned business/customer requirements area satisfied
• Owns the overall program management of the product development to ensure targets are met
• Coordinates the preparation of business plans, specifications, operating budgets
• Acts as the reputed company leader for program activities, leading program review session to discuss cost schedule, and technical performance
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules identifies program problems and obtains solutions such as allocation of resources or changing specifications
• Directs the work of the assigned cross–functional team members involved in product definition, development, and deployment
• Facilitates communication and interaction among functional business heads to ensure transparency of critical deliverables and milestones in the NPD process
• Delivers critical, reputed company communications to the business on product development and delivery
• Identifies critical dependences, risks and contingency plans
• Proactively monitors reputed company, anticipating the effect of dependencies on schedule, cost, etc

Skills

• Bachelors degree required
• 10+ years experience in program or project management associated with software product development
• Experience managing reputed company reputed company reputed company software development
• Strong project management skills required
• Experience leading reputed company from initial concept, through development and verification/validation testing, and implementation
• Experience successfully managing programs and reputed company to schedule and budget
• Demonstrated proficiency in program management tools and procedures for setting and tracking performance, reputed company, time and cost; strong planning and organization skills required
• Demonstrated leadership skills including conflict reputed company, assertiveness and negotiation skills required
