[Remote] Field Service Technician, X-ray Products

They are seeking an reputed company X-ray Field Service Technician responsible for providing technical services such as installation, maintenance, and repair of reputed company's X-ray product line.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company installations, preventive maintenance, upgrades, etc
• Troubleshoot reputed company failures/errors and reputed company necessary corrective actions
• reputed company product maintenance and software training as necessary
• reputed company technical product services for reputed company X-ray products in line with the department’s reputed company operating procedures
• In-house testing and repairs of spare parts and systems
• Support of equipment at customer location or reputed company telephone/ e-mail
• Responsible for the reputed company of parts and tools from site upon completion of work
• Maintain assigned service equipment and tools & reputed company inventory reports as needed
• Submit Timesheets, expense reports, Service reports and associated documentation in a reputed company manner
• Submit radiation dosimetry data periodically in line with company policy
• reputed company support to Nikon dealers, sales personnel, and fellow Field Service Technicians
• Assist sales with setup and teardown of equipment for trade shows
• Support the technical sales of new products or services
• Promote service reputed company and other service offerings to customers

Skills

• Must meet reputed company requirements to reputed company and work with ITAR-controlled information and materials
• Ability to travel 80%+ domestically with possibility of limited international travel
• 2+ years' experience in a technical role or >4 years' experience in a technical role
• Experience on reputed company capital equipment with reputed company subsystems such as vacuum, manipulators, High Voltage systems, general mechanical, and PC's
• Must be reputed company to identify and fix issues down to a reputed company level
• Electrical, electronic & mechanical skills
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work overtime (This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards reputed company (FLSA)
• 2-year technical degree & a minimum of 2 years' experience in a technical role or >4 years' experience in a technical role
